Eunice suprised me this weekend with her husband, Tony, and Dui to drive 3hrs to visit me in the "Oh so boring jabba wabba rooo" It was a great surprised as i saw the text on sat morning to tell me there were their way to my house.
We just slacked at home and went fishing with Dad, Ben, Candice, Luk.
The suspense of catching a barra excited us to put up with the constant itching from mozzies and the flys sworming us, not to mention the heat as well but to dismay the tide was not to our favour and return empty-handed :(
Had dinner and cleaned slightly up. We were bugged from the big road trip from fishing in East Aligator. Also the hunt for bait too which was unfortunately unavailable. So we just watched movies till we fell asleep and organize the following weekend activites which prime focus is ME!

Next day went to try our luck again and drive to oeinpelli side and we tested a total of 3 different spots but i guess we just had bad luck or maybe the fish has the same sentiments of the sizzling weather and didn't want to come out and eat. It was around 38 degrees out there and we all sweat more than we could in a sauna!

So before the guys headed back to Darwin, we just hanged at JSSC and played pool and pokies for a while then rested up for the long haul of the hard drive back.

I was extremely grateful that they came and spent some quality time with me as i was dying from a crucial new illness called "Boredom" Thanks Loves!
And of course i dilligently brought along my cam and snapped a few pics..

Had a safe yet delayed flight to Darwin at around 1.45am (local time) then a 3 hour ride in a Nissan Patrol with NO aircon to Jabiru, where there is actually a slight difference in cultivation than South Alligator. I got my cable Tv, phone, internet and mobile reception. This may not sound so enticing BUT have you gone without them for over a couple of MONTHS?

I'm sure it's barely survivable!

So i actually appreciate this new modern relm of necessities.

I've nearly been here for a whole week and honestly, i'm just coping.

At least I started working again, that's a plus to keep me occupied.

Yet sort of sad ,as my partying days are suspended for the meantime :(

I'm still undecided with my birthday preparation but I'd like to keep it to the minimal as possible.

Just a hotel room with great mates and the goon to keep going on a wonderful night (hopefully) at discovery to catch up with more great mates. Might add in a dinner too.

Christine wants to get a super sweet and sugary prestige cake in the city.

Is this worth enduring the 250km ride to and back to Dtown?

Hmm.. think of it when the time comes.

Akiko's Dinner was on as well and sadly she couldn't even come to her own after party :(

I'm starting to get worried for that chicka.

Depite it all we all had a suprise from Akiko with a beautiful blueberry cake and wonderful japanese curry! yummy!

Headed down to family, as we could get in for free because we're on the guestlist otherwise we have to pay $20 entry fee each!

So partying hard for this last weekend of mine is essential.
